Emotional Intelligence
Wes asked:

If not, you should be. It redefines what it means to be smart and why Emotional Intelligence can matter more than IQ. I highly recommend it. So do yourself a favor and go get it!

No I’ve not read it, but I have read a couple of his articles on emotional intelligence. And I totaly agree with you. I believe that if we could master emotional intelligence, our lives would be much easier and fulfilling.

I agree completely. I read it while I was teaching, several years ago. “Smart” can’t be judged by a standardized test!
