And research by Professors Ken and Rita Dunn, from St. Johns University, New York, provides one of the most comprehensive models. But overall your learning style is a combination of three factors: How you perceive information most easily - whether you are mainly a visual, auditory, kinesthetic or tactile learner; whether you learn best by seeing, hearing, moving or touching. (The ability to taste and smell can be important in some work-styles, such as wine-tasting and perfume-blending, but these two senses are not major ones in most learning styles.)
